Custom and Commissioned Hats
All custom and commissioned hats are final sale. Because each piece is handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with fit or craftsmanship, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order — we're happy to help find a solution.
Ready-to-Wear
Returns or exchanges on unworn, ready-to-wear hats are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Hats must be returned in original packaging and condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We can not refund or exchange a worn hat.
Shipping Issues or Damage
If your hat arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or file a claim with the carrier.
